We welcome stays with a minimum of 3 nights. Direct Bookings from the website will receive a 5% discount.
Stays of more than 8 nights will receive a 10% discount.
A late availability discount of 10% is available on bookings made a maximum of 14 days prior to arrival.
Only one discount rate per booking.
Shorter lets (less than 3 nights) may be available 14 days prior to arrival but will be charged at full price – email or telephone to discuss.
Peak season – £160 per night (incl VAT)
(April to September)
Special events – £170 per night (incl VAT)
(Up Helly Aa, Folk Festival, Accordion & Fiddle Festival and Shetland Wool Week)
Low season – £140 per night (incl VAT)
